Consequently, any dispute, claim, or grievance arising from or related to medical procedures, clinical outcomes, surgical results, or professional medical conduct must be addressed directly with the medical provider (the specific hospital, clinic, or physician) that performed the service.
MJB Care is not a party to the medical contract between the patient and the healthcare provider and shall not be held liable for the medical provider's actions, omissions, or medical outcomes.
